Method of Payment for Internet Orders within the United States

    SelfHEAL, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover for internet, fax or telephone orders. For mail orders you may also pay by check or money order. Please call 1-800-553-6778 to place an order. You may fax our order form to (570) 389-0126, or mail it us at 104 Guy’s Lane, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.

Information Requested on Our Order Form

    Please provide all information requested in the order form. Order information is provided to us through a secure, encrypted transmission. We need your name, credit card number, expiration date, billing address for the credit card, shipping address (if different from billing address), phone number, and e-mail address. We need your phone number and e-mail address to contact you if there is a problem with your order. Verification of your information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Internet Order Confirmation

    Confirmation of your internet order will be sent to your e-mail address by the next business day.

Order Shipment

    Most orders are shipped within two business days by U.S. mail, first class, or UPS Ground. Expedited delivery is available only for telephone and fax orders: Please call 800-553-6778.

Sales Tax

    SelfHEAL, Inc. collects 6% PA sales tax on Pennsylvania orders.

Returns (Retail Sales Only)

    We are confident that you will be satisfied with Oral Ivy™. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return the unused portion in its original bottle and we will refund your money. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
